I read this book because a friend of mine at work said that he really liked it and that it worked.
Ok. I'm a negative person (not sure why) so I figured id check it out and see what all the hype is about and see if it really works.
First off, every time I tried to read this, it put me to sleep, so even though its only 184 pages, it took me way longer than it should've to read it. Not really a good sign of a good book.
The main thing that I got from this was to think positive. Believe and think of the life that you want and you'll get it. The Law of Attraction. Which makes sense. If you keep thinking about the bad things in life, you're gonna keep attracting bad things, so start thinking of good things.
They also suggest that you write down the things that you want and say to yourself each day that you will get them or act like you already have. How many people are gonna try and spend the million dollars that they were told to believe that they already have?
This book is pretty much like any other self help book out there. You already know what you need to do to get the life you want, you just need a $24 book to remind you.
This book is really up to you on if you want to read it. My friend loves it, and while I did find some stuff helpful, for the most part its already stuff we already know.
Also, I don't believe for a second that the author thought herself thin. Surely there had to be some exercise involved. And there is no way she improved her eyesight just by believing that it will inprove. Sorry sister, I'm not buying it.
